During an educational expo in the LATAM region, Oxford University Press were looking to introduce visitors to the beauty, splendour and unique characteristics of Oxford and the University without the need to leave the country.
To facilitate this, a stereoscopic 360 video tour experience was created so visitors could step into a booth and be transported across the Atlantic to experience the sights and sounds of Oxford via the virtual world.
Travelling through a variety of different classical Oxford locations, the user would be able to look around their environment to take in the sights and additional information panels were augmented into the scene to provide contextual information for each location.
